Calcium Filler Masterbatches

These Masterbatches are manufactured with ultrafine Calcium Carbonate ( CaCO3) in PE/PP/HD Based. The Grades available with Polymer content ranging from 15% to 30%. Dosage of Packqube Filler masterbatch can start from 5% to 50%.Filler masterbatches also available with the tones of Blue, Yellow and Green.

 They are widely used in applications such as Raffia tapes and FIBC bags, where edge security is crucial to prevent slit tape edge fraying. These masterbatches are designed to offer superior performance, ensuring durability and efficiency in a variety of industrial applications.
